Support agency performance team, agency force and other business channels to achieve their business goals by delivering high impact training modules:
Review, improve and deliver in-house training modules including virtual/online modules.
Work with the Head in curriculum design, module's development project and support training roll out.
Plan training sessions for assigned region / channel with business development team and monitor execution.
Master the required knowledge and skill as trainers and take responsibility for self-development.
Participate in any other duties as assigned by the superior.
