Assistant Manager, Sales Polysilicon Business

Responsibilities: Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company goals. Manage a team of sales representatives and provide guidance and support to achieve sales targets. Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities and recommend strategies. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and customers. Assist in the preparation of sales forecasts and budgets. Coordinate with marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with product offerings. Conduct market research to identify new market opportunities and potential customers. Assist in the negotiation of contracts and pricing agreements with customers. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide insights and recommendations to the sales team. Requirements Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in sales or related roles, with at least 5 years in Solar Industry Chemical Plant Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and customers. Good knowledge of sales principles and techniques. Analytical and problem-solving abilities. Results-driven and target-oriented mindset. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
