The Role: To ensure on time processing of new & renewal schemes, alteration (major & minor) processing and meeting department's Quality Objective To issue trial bill and ensure accuracy of premium billed in relation to clients' requests. Ensure prompt issuance and despatch of Renewal Billings & Endorsements To Achieve Renewal Persistency of 85% of S186 schemes To support the sales team to achieve TWP of RM30mil To provide friendly and effective phone enquiries from all touch points and channels To ensure prompt despatch of insurance billings and medical cards on time To clear S186 suspense according to SOP on monthly basis To ensureplaints - handle and response within the standard operating procedures TAT To provide assistance and guidance to subordinates. To ensure up to date filing of records including billings, correspondence letters, claim documents, policy contracts and Endorsements. Actively involved in GID project enhancement Takes accountability in considering business and regulatorypliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatorypliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard thepany Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices Discover the GREAT in your career.
