Assistant Manager / Senior Executive, Digital Commerce

Position Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven individual to oversee the development and execution of our online sales strategies. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of online retail, digital marketing, and user experience optimization, as well as strong leadership and analytical skills to drive growth in our e-commerce channels.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.Identify new opportunities for business expansion across digital platforms and product mix.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align e-commerce goals with broader company objectives.Online Platforms/Store Management:Oversee the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platforms, ensuring smooth functionality and optimal user experience.Manage product listings, descriptions, images, pricing, and promotions.Ensure the site is optimized for conversion, including streamlining checkout processes, product searches, and navigation.Sales and Performance Analytics:Monitor e-commerce performance through data analysis and key performance indicators (KPIs).Generate and analyze sales reports to assess the effectiveness of campaigns, promotions, and pricing strategies.Continuously optimize online merchandising, promotions, and pricing based on data insights.Customer Experience and Retention:Ensure a seamless customer journey, from discovery to post-purchase engagement.Work closely with customer service to address inquiries, complaints, and returns in a timely manner.Implement strategies to increase customer retention, such as loyalty programs, email marketing campaigns, and personalized offerings.Digital Marketing and SEO/SEM:Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement digital marketing campaigns, including paid search, social media, and display advertising.Optimize e-commerce site for search engines (SEO) and manage paid search campaigns (PPC).Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance and adjust strategies as needed.Inventory and Fulfilment Management:Oversee inventory levels to ensure that products are available and meet customer demand.Work with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure fast and accurate order fulfilment.Team Leadership and Collaboration:Lead a team of designers and digital marketers, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, IT, and other departments to support e-commerce initiatives.Work cross-functionally with external vendors and platforms to drive and manage e-commerce business and operations.Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Minimum of 2 years of experience in e-commerce management, digital marketing, or related fields.Strong understanding of digital commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok).Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Preferred Qualifications (if any):Proficiency with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics).Knowledge of SEO/SEM, paid advertising, and digital marketing tactics.Experience in B2B or B2C e-commerce sales.#J-18808-Ljbffr
