Assistant Manager/Senior Executive-Finance & Accounts

Job Purpose You will support the Finance & Accounts team in the preparation of month-end closing and perform other daily accounting functions.
Responsibilities Verify and process invoices, account payables in the system and to reconcile the statement of accounts of suppliersPreparation of group consolidationPerform daily accounting operations including consolidating receivables, verifying and processing of invoices and payments, and statement of accounts reconciliationHandle bank-related transactions including monitoring of bank balances, preparation remittances via online and/or cheque payments to suppliersPerform month-end closing and handle full set of accounts in a timely and accurate mannerMaintain organized documentation and filing of records to support all accounting entriesEnsure timeliness and accuracy of financial data entries into accounting system are in compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirementsAssume and carry out ad-hoc accounting projects or assignments Requirements A Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accountancy or professional qualification in AccountingMinimum of 4 years of finance and accounting experience preferably in the property industryAble to handle full set of accounts and consolidation are an added advantageGood analytical skillsOrganized and attention to detailsAble to work fairly independently and within deadlinesGood communication skills in English and strong interpersonal skillsProficient in the use of MS Office applicationsResourceful, fast learner with a positive working attitudeA team player
