Assistant Manager/Senior Executive - Human Capital

Details of the offer

• Manage all aspects of foreign worker recruitment, permits, accommodations, and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, health, and safety regulations in a manufacturing environment.
• Serve as a Human Capital business partner to the Business Units, driving talent strategies to foster a high-performing culture.
• Lead and direct the daily workflow of the Human Capital and Admin department.
• Maintain and update employee records and HRIS systems to ensure data integrity.
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, such as performance management, disciplinary issues, and conflict resolution.
• Report on HR metrics.
• Perform general office administrative duties and responsibilities.
• Undertake any other duties assigned by Management.
Requirements:• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience in a similar capacity, with experience in HR business partnering and multiple HR functions.
• Proven expertise in full-cycle HR management, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
• Good knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality Human Capital services.
• Proficient in using HR-related software and Microsoft Office applications.#J-18808-Ljbffr
