Develop, execute and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, generate high-quality leads and drive customer engagement.
Prepare proposal & marketing presentation & carry out marketing, promotion & sales activities.
Develop and manage social media campaigns to engage target audiences.
Provide product feedback through various channels for betterment of the products.
Assist in the development, production, and distribution of sales/promotional materials.
Participate in preparation and execution of launches and promotional events.
Conduct market research and keep abreast with property market trends, consumer demands, and comparable market prices.
Plan and execute digital marketing, organize events, advertising campaigns, promotional activities and exhibitions.
Develop new marketing initiatives to support and drive the Company's sales budget and business growth while improving project's profitability.
Follow existing project plan and timeline to ensure all deliverables are achieved on time.
Coordinate all operations of the event, working with various departments and external resources to support the success of all events.
Liaise with advertising agents/suppliers on preparation of all marketing materials.
Review and update the website/social media platform, ensuring it is SEO-friendly and user-centric.
Liaise with magazine, press or media for placement of ads.
Timely submission of marketing budget and monitor advertising & promotional expenditure within approved budget provision.
Maintain marketing documentation/database and compile information for reports.
Job Requirements:
Possess a Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Marketing/Digital Marketing/Business Administration or relevant discipline.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the property development/real estate industry.
Strong knowledge in social media advertising.
Proficiency in digital tools (Google Analytics, Ad Manager, CRM software, etc.)
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Strong marketing and negotiation skills.
Creative and detail-oriented with strong organization skills.
