We are currently seeking dynamic and qualified candidates to join us at AGROMATE (M) SDN BHD. Assistant Manager/ Senior Logistics Executive (Based in Kota Damansara, Petaling Jaya) Responsibilities:  Responsible for reconciliation of monthly closing stock for all inventories in the warehouses.Responsible for loan and swap stock documentation and update of final report after completion.Handling of stocks transfer shipment arrangement within Malaysia.Validation of invoices from suppliers.Supporting the logistic team for any technical problem arises from SAP system.Supporting the logistic team to comply with laws, regulations and ISO 9001 requirementsAssist Logistics Manager on the bi-annually stock take in all warehouses. Assist Logistics Manager to keep track of quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiencyAssist Logistics Manager to supervise, coach and train warehouse logistic workforceAssist Logistics Manager to maintain metrics and data analysis to assess performance and implement improvementsAssist Logistics Manager to resolve any arising logistic problems or customer complaints.To support and carry out ad-hoc task, project and assignment given by superiors.Requirement: Possessed at least Degree in Logistics/Business Administration or Management or equivalent.Minimum 5 years of working experience in related field.Possess strong analytical and problem solving skill.Knowledge of SAP and PIVOT TABLE will be an added advantage.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Benefits:  5 days work week, Medical Benefits, Group Hospitalisation & Surgical Insurance Scheme, Group Term Life Insurance Scheme, Scholarship Programme.
