Assistant Manager/ Sr Logistics Exec.

Agromate is one of Malaysia's largest importers, distributors, and wholesalers of high-quality fertilisers supplying over 25% of the country's total fertiliser requirements.
We are currently seeking dynamic and qualified candidates to join us atAGROMATE(M) SDN BHD.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for reconciliation of monthly closing stock for all inventories in the warehouses.
Responsible for loan and swap stock documentation and update of final report after completion.
Handling of stock transfer shipment arrangements within Malaysia.
Validation of invoices from suppliers.
Supporting the logistics team for any technical problems arising from the SAP system.
Supporting the logistics team to comply with laws, regulations, and ISO 9001 requirements.
Assist Logistics Manager on the bi-annual stock take in all warehouses.
Assist Logistics Manager to keep track of quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs, and efficiency.
Assist Logistics Manager to supervise, coach, and train warehouse logistics workforce.
Assist Logistics Manager to maintain metrics and data analysis to assess performance and implement improvements.
Assist Logistics Manager to resolve any arising logistics problems or customer complaints.
To support and carry out ad-hoc tasks, projects, and assignments given by superiors.
Requirements:
Possess at least a Degree in Logistics/Business Administration or Management or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of working experience in a related field.
Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of SAP and PIVOT TABLE will be an added advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
