Monitor and optimize recruitment budgets while ensuring cost efficiency and high-quality hires.
Enhance employer branding by promoting the organization's Employee Value Proposition to attract and retain top talent.
Elevate the company's employer brand by executing impactful campaigns, maintaining a compelling online presence, and leveraging prestigious employer awards to strengthen its reputation and establish as a preferred employer in the industry.
Build and maintain relationships with universities, organize campus recruitment drives, and develop internship and graduate programs.
Partner with department heads and HR teams to align recruitment strategies with organizational goals.
Track and analyze recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality, to continuously improve processes.
Maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future workforce needs, with a focus on critical and hard-to-fill roles.
Ensure all recruitment activities comply with labour laws, company policies, and industry best practices.
Represent the organization at career fairs, industry events, and networking opportunities to attract potential candidates.
RequirementsA minimum of bachelor's degree in human resource management, business administration or a related discipline.
A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in recruitment, employer branding, and/or human resource management.
Proficient in applicant tracking systems.
Knowledge of labour laws and compliance.
Analysis of recruitment metrics for process improvement.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Expertise in crafting social media content and job postings.
