Assistant Operation Manager (F&B Industry)Company Background:
Currently representing a fast-growingretail food & beverage companyin Kepong, Kuala Lumpur. As they are expanding, they are looking for anOperation Assistant Manager to join the team!
Job Responsibilities:
Develop sales strategies to meet the desired revenue for the business & manage operating costs.
Develop & execute outlet expansion plans and participate in ROI exercises.
Work closely with the F&B team to develop new menu items from time to time.
Ensure consistency in product quality & service delivery.
Develop and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
Ensure SOP is observed and carried out consistently across all branches.
Develop branding strategies for business opportunities.
Identify ways to increase work efficiency & productivity.
Plan manpower to ensure efficient utilization with consideration for peak period demands and succession planning.
Lead, motivate, and inspire the team to drive sales and enhance customer service delivery.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least aBachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any relevant field.
Minimum of5 years of working experience in the F&B Industry.
Preferably have experience inFood/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
Knowledge in food control & product quality skills is required.
Possess own transport & willing to travel within the Klang Valley area.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, andMandarin (due to business nature).
Working days: 6 days (Shift rotation, off-day on weekday).
