Management - Area/Multi-site (Retail & Consumer Products)
Assist in the company's daily operation, with the aim to provide full support/assistance to all outlets owned by the company.
Assist the company in coordinating with outlets' supervisors to constantly post content on all social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Xiao Hong Shu, Tik Tok, and X media.
Assist and support in all marketing, A&P related campaigns, sales initiatives, and other business-related events/activities at the outlets.
Proactively contribute to assist the company in identifying any issues at the operating outlets.
Manage multiple outlets operations.
Responsible for outlet sales performance and outlet costing (P&L).
Train and develop newly recruited team members to master all menu preparation, SOPs, and provide the highest standard of service to all customers.
Formulate and execute project delivery plans.
Develop internal and external partnerships, especially in driving the outlets' supervisors to execute the company's "Own the Neighborhood" strategies. Ensure at least one MME (mini marketing event) is organized at all outlets every quarter.
Monitor performance of projects through key metrics, provide periodical performance reviews, and generate insights and recommendations to the BOD.
Develop a deep understanding of the outlet operational matters, including but not limited to machine SOP training and handling, maintenance of various equipment, machineries, product innovation, and market trends.
Diligently execute any other tasks assigned by the directors of the company and report to them in a timely manner.
Job Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Business Administration with relevant working experience in account, finance, or the F&B industry.
Fresh graduates who are willing to work extra miles, go on the field, and travel out of station are encouraged to apply.
