Job description1. Act as a supporter-and-creator at APAC zone level, working closely with line manager.2. Act as a supporter at country level on product/category related, work closely with line manager and country Product Managers.3. Integrated and consistent Marketing Plan supporter to zone level function (New Product Development, category strategy and management, recipes database, best practices sharing & marketing administrative work).4. Liaise and consolidate management reports and analysis to track Brand Health performance, category performance, product and pricing information and analysis by working closely with line manager and country Product Managers.5. Support line manager by liaising closely with Finance, Research & Development, Quality Assurance, Production, Supply Chain and country Product Managers to track and monitor New Product Development Progress and SKU Rationalization Project.6. Liaise & work closely with line manager & external agency (creative, research, licensing etc) on regional brand campaign, collaboration project and research study.7. Be the support for zone/regional Brand Campaign & category / product knowledge information; in product label artwork developments and packaging development by working with external agencies and internal packaging/ production/ planning team.8. Act as point of contact and knowledge centre for any matter from Headquarters, zone and local markets/ countries.9. Support line manager in the implementation and co-ordination of category / product information, product development, SKU rationalization and marketing collaterals from zone level i.e. drive consistency among zone level, sharing of best practices and building database for resource sharing i.e. recipes, marketing campaign, creative design, labels etc.10. Responsible for marketing administrative work including but not limited to creation of purchase orders, updating of product information, updating of customer/chef database, pricing and recipes archive and PCRS creation etc.11. To work on special assignments assigned by line manager.Job specification1. Degree holder in Business, Marketing or related disciplines.2. At least 4 years of working experience in the same or relevant capacity, preferably from FMCG or similar industry.4. Well discipline, action oriented, self-motivated, work independently, innovative.5. Good analytical and strategic thinking skill with CAN-DO attitude.6. Team player, excellent interpersonal skills, enthusiastic and determined to succeed in a challenging environment.7.
