Assistant Production Manager

Qualification & competence level required: Diploma/Degree in manufacturing/ industrial/ material/ mechanical/ electrical engineeringAt least 5 years' experience in manufacturing environmentMature candidate with good initiatives, trustworthy, self-motivated, team player with planning skills to prioritize work and follow up with deadlinesWilling to work independentlyAble to speak and understand English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is an added advantageStrong understanding and excellent skills in process control and statistical analytical tools methodsPossess good planning and analytical skills and able to work with tight scheduleProcess technical skills in maintenance will be an advantageKnowledge of Environmental, Safety & Health, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 will be an advantage.Must be willing to work at Sungai BulohPossess own transport Able to start work immediately will be added advantage  Job Responsibilities: Plan, monitor and control daily production activities, including shift duty, issuing Daily Production Record and etc.Ensure accurate and efficient process control implementation.Ensure adherence of safety guideline and regulations.Involve in engineering and maintenance matters relating to improvement of production efficiency and monitoring preventive maintenance for all the machines.Control of non-conformances products.Responsible for the raw materials stock and the arrangement of the raw materials.Assist the loading and unloading of raw materials and finished goods.Responsible for the discipline of workers under him.Responsible for the cleanliness and neatness of production areaPlan, execute and perform documentation related to ISO requirements.Review production data and records.Other responsibilities assigned by management from time to time.
