Job Description
Check and monitor the optimization performance of the equipment and machines to produce the schedule outputMonitors daily productions and quality control performance records, identifying inefficiencies and taking responsive and corrective actions where necessary, assisting in all aspects on the production floorReduce wastage, cut down the downtime and inventory controlCoordinate and monitor flow of production orders for the floor; able to forecast work and notice potential problems in workflowPlanning and managing of manpower assignmentContinue to improve work flow and method, ECRS (Eliminate, Combine, Rearrange, Simplify), 5SContinuous to provide support and training to workers and provide sufficient supervision to new employees through the learning cursed process.Able to prepare report for submission Job Requirement
Diploma or certificate in related fieldMinimum 3 years working experience in production lineAble to work rotating shift (Day and Night Shift)Able to speak and write in English and Bahasa
