Assistant Project Manager (APM) - 1 year Contract

Key Responsibilities:
Project coordination:Assist the Project Manager in developing project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and resources.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the Project Manager.Site supervision:Conduct regular site visits to ensure that work is being carried out as per the project plan, specifications, and quality standards.
Address any issues or delays that arise on-site, coordinating with relevant parties to find solutions.
Ensure that safety regulations and quality control procedures are strictly followed.Documentation and reporting:Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, plans, schedules, and progress reports.
Assist in preparing and submitting required reports to clients, management, and regulatory bodies.
Document any changes to the project scope and ensure that all stakeholders are informed.Client and stakeholder communication:Serve as a point of contact for clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns or questions.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other consultants to ensure alignment with project objectives.
Participate in project meetings and provide input on project planning and execution.Team support:Support the Project Manager in managing the project team, including assigning tasks and responsibilities.
Provide guidance and support to junior staff and ensure that they are equipped to perform their duties effectively.Sub Specialization:Others; Any
