Job Description-Accurate inventory data key in for DO and PO.-Ensure invoice data 3-way matching.-Contact, place and follow up orders with supplier in a timely and professional manner.-Create product codes; maintain cost of products.-Generate, photocopy, file and maintain document integrity.-Perform wastage data record and prepare report.-Perform stock check and cost check, data key-in.-Other duties may arise from time to time and as may be assigned to the employee.
