Job Description



-Accurate inventory data key in for DO and PO.


-Ensure invoice data 3-way matching.


-Contact, place and follow up orders with supplier in a timely and professional manner.


-Create product codes; maintain cost of products.


-Generate, photocopy, file and maintain document integrity.


-Perform wastage data record and prepare report.


-Perform stock check and cost check, data key-in.


-Other duties may arise from time to time and as may be assigned to the employee.

; Requirements:- Job Requirements



-Candidates must possess at least a STPM / Diploma or its equivalent. 


-Good command of Microsoft Office applications (MS Excel in particular) and experienced working in a computerized accounting environment.


-Good time and stress management.


-Aggressive and energetic attitude towards work and performance.


-Able to work in a challenging and fast-paced environment.


-Strong prioritizing skills, ability to multitask, goal oriented, assertive, hands-on problem solver and result-driven.


-Possesses excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.


-5.5 working days.


-Current location: Medan Connaught, but the office will relocate to Balakong the end of this year.


-Malaysian only.

Salary : RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
