Assistant Quantity Surveyor

In line with our continuous growth and our current business expansion, we are seeking suitable candidates to work together with our highly experience team. Currently, we have vacancies for Assistant Quantity Surveyor positions to be based at our head office at Bandar Puteri, Puchong, Selangor for scope of works both in pre-contract and post contract. We also have vacancies for Sales & Marketing Officer to be based in our head office in Puchong, Selangor. 
Job Description: Involve in taking off quantities, calling tenders/quotations, prepare cost estimate and evaluation of tenders/quotations for recommendation of award.Preparing Letter of Award, Purchase Order, Work Order.Process consultants/sub-contractors claims and supplier's invoicesEvaluate variation orders and prepare final accountBudgeting and cost control worksCompile, evaluate and update costing, filing and also archiving worksTaking off quantities for tendering work, getting quotation and pricing, prepare price built up rate, and linking and compilation of tender document.Filing tender documents and drawings and also archiving worksTo liaise with all parties to complete the required work Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Quantity Survey / Building or Civil Engineering.Possesses good leadership and communication skills.At least 2 years working experience as an Assistant Quantity SurveyorFresh graduate is also encouraged to apply.Good written and verbal communication in English and computer literacy is essentialCandidates must be self motivated, resourceful and possesses high passion for details.Experience in Precast Construction Works shall be an added advantage.
