As a Restaurant Manager, you will be overseeing all aspects of the outlet's operations to ensure exceptional customer service, revenue growth, and profitability.
You will play a pivotal role in driving the success of the restaurant by having a strong focus on customer satisfaction, staff management, and business development.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve sales targets, profitability goals, and customer satisfaction objectives.
Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate restaurant staff to deliver high-quality service and maintain professional standards.
Create and maintain a positive working environment by fostering teamwork, communication, and staff morale.
Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and control costs to optimize profitability while ensuring product quality and availability.
Implement and enforce hygiene and safety standards, compliance with local authority requirements and regulations, and cleanliness protocols.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally, seeking resolution to ensure customer satisfaction.
Plan and execute marketing initiatives, promotions, and events to attract customers and drive revenue growth.
Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and identify training needs to support staff development and career progression.
Prepare and analyse financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Assist the Head of F&B Operations and other stakeholders to develop business strategies, set objectives, and achieve business goals.
Assist with any ad-hoc tasks assigned from time to time.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 3 years for Supervisor / Managerial working experience in either fast food chain, restaurant or a catering company.
Able to work long hours, weekends and public holidays.
Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (Verbal and Written)
