Assistant Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:



-Initiate outbound calls to potential customers from provided lead lists or databases.


-Develop a strong understanding of our products/services and effectively communicate their features and benefits to potential customers.


-Build rapport with prospects, actively listen to their needs, and tailor your pitch accordingly.


-Deliver persuasive sales pitches and overcome objections to convert leads into customers.


-Keep accurate records of all interactions, update customer profiles, and maintain a comprehensive database.


-Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.


-Follow up with leads who have shown interest but have not committed.


-Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.


-Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences to adapt sales strategies accordingly.


-Prepare and submit regular sales reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

; Requirements:-


-At least 4 years of proven experience in telesales or outbound sales, preferably in a similar industry.


-Strong communication skills both verbal and written.


-Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.


-Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve targets.


-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


-Knowledge of the products/services being offered and the ability to convey this information convincingly.
