Assistant Supervisor

Plan and monitor daily warehouse operations such as inbound, inventory and outbound- Manage team member's performance including attendance, work schedule, KPI- Track and share the progress of shipment to supervisor.- Daily report (inventory, transportation, daily sales) monthly/annual summary report work- Coordinate the loading and unloading of trucks- Liaise with other departments such as Customer Service, Project Management and Fleet operation to ensure smooth warehouse operation- Responsible for security, safety and loss prevention of stocks- Ensure warehouse area is safe, clean and organized through regular inspection- Continuously find ways to improve/enhance existing processes- Propose solutions should any problem/issue arise- Any ad-hoc tasks assigned**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: From RM1,600.00 per month**Benefits**:- Cell phone reimbursement- Free parking- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Attendance bonus- Commission pay- Overtime pay- Performance bonus**Education**:- STM/STPM (preferred)**Experience**:- two: 1 year (preferred)Ability to Relocate:- Sepang: Relocate before starting work (required)
