Assistant Supervisor, Maintenance

Job DescriptionFamiliarize with and understand the operation of all machinery, parts, and equipment within the hatchery compound.
Install, repair, and maintain machinery and equipment by completing routine and preventive maintenance tasks.
Identify issues and breakdowns by observing daily production processes and conducting frequent checklists.
Determine necessary modifications or changes to parts by examining and analyzing situations.
Maintain parts and supplies inventory by regularly checking stock levels and placing orders as needed.
Provide maintenance and technician services upon request from any department.
Maintain accurate maintenance records (e.g., logbooks, checklists) and provide data or information whenever needed by the DPDC Hatchery production team or other relevant departments.
Perform any other tasks or assignments as directed by the Management from time to time.
QualificationsDiploma or equivalent technical or vocational training in maintenance.
