Purchasing, Procurement & Inventory (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics)
Manage and oversee day-to-day Supply Chain Operations of Loscam MY-Depots.
Manage operation direct reports, staff/FWs to achieve company goals.
Analyze day-to-day data and make strategic recommendations on operational changes, planning, procurement, logistics, cost reduction, and other required objectives by OM.
Prepare and present reports to OM and/or higher management when required.
PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES:
Identify and coordinate improvements in the Operation Supply Chain area necessary to meet safety standards/requirements and cost objectives.
Measure operational cost gaps, develop action plans, and mobilize resources to meet operational and financial objectives.
Identify and develop operation supply chain capabilities and efficiencies by implementing strategic transport management and team development.
Analyze data from shipping, transportation, and delivery/collection processes to find bottlenecks and develop strategic plans to improve.
Develop and implement safety and SOP guidelines in supply chain aspects (Transport Management/Delivery - collections/transporter management).
Manage Loscam transportation, on-time delivery & collections, accurate transportation billing, purchase order creation, delivery notes accuracy, and other supply chain activities.
Support OM in developing and executing vendor supply plans and assist in mitigating continuity of raw material/new pallets supply risk.
Source and provide feedback on new vendor sourcing strategy and execute collectively agreed plans accordingly.
Drive change management on business processes/procedures to improve efficiencies and performance.
Assist the team in developing supplier capabilities on planning, supplier forecasting, and supply chain deliveries.
Closely coordinate with Assistant Manager Production and other operations team members to capture production commitments, customer requirements fulfillment, stock inventory positioning, and other related business activities.
Ensure supply chain and operating processes meet legal requirements and required standards.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Overall 10+ years of experience in supply chain, manufacturing, warehouse management, or other related fields.
At least 5 years of working experience in an Assistant Manager role.
Candidates with a degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a similar field are preferred but not essential. Extensive working experience in related fields of more than 10 years will be considered.
A strategic and analytical mind. Attentive to detail. Can-do attitude.
Must be fit and healthy. No critical medical/injury history.
Good interpersonal and communication skills. Able to communicate at all levels.
