Assistant Supply Chain Manager

Oversee and manage the end-to-end supply chain operations for road, air, and sea logistics, ensuring timely and efficient transportation of goods.- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize supply chain efficiency, minimize costs, and enhance overall performance.- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including procurement, production, and sales teams, to forecast demand and plan inventory accordingly.- Collaborate with external vendors, carriers, and logistics partners to negotiate contracts, monitor service levels, and resolve any issues or discrepancies.- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards governing import and export activities, including customs documentation and authority clearance procedures.- Provide leadership and guidance to the supply chain team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.- Act as a liaison between the company and regulatory authorities, ensuring adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements related to supply chain operations.**Job Requirements**- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field- At least 5 years of experience in senior operations, preferably in healthcare.- Knowledge of supply chain principles, logistics, and import/export processes.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.- Proficiency in supply chain management software.- Detail-oriented with ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.**Salary**: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus- Yearly bonus**Experience**:- Supply chain: 5 years (preferred)- Import & Export: 5 years (preferred)
