As the Assistant Talent Acquisition Manager,
You will play a key role in shaping and executing an innovative talent acquisition strategy across multiple critical business functions, includingSupply Chain ,Enabling Functions , andCommercial (SG) .
This position focuses on driving proactive talent sourcing initiatives, mapping external talent pipelines, and managing the full recruitment cycle from start to finish.
What you will be doing:
As aAssistant Talent Acquisition Manager , you will be responsible for shaping and driving the recruitment strategy for the designated business functions, ensuring that we attract and hire the best talent with both speed and quality.
Your role will involve close collaboration with HR Business Partners to meet organizational talent needs and continually enhance the recruitment process.
Develop and Drive Talent Acquisition Strategy:
Lead the planning and execution of both short-term and long-term recruitment strategies to ensure efficient and high-quality hiring for your designated functions.
You will cover multiple critical business functions: Supply Chain SIMA, Enabling Functions SIMA and Commercial Singapore.
Innovate Sourcing Channels & Platforms:
Continuously explore and evaluate recruitment platforms and methods to expand our talent pool.
Your focus will be on increasing direct sourcing efforts and reducing reliance on external agencies.
Enhance the Recruitment Process:
Identify areas for process improvement to drive enhanced candidate experiences, increased hiring manager satisfaction, and improved overall recruitment metrics.
Lead the Talent Acquisition Cycle with Excellence:
Ensure the entire recruitment process is executed with excellence, maintaining high standards for candidate experience, hiring manager satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
Leverage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to its fullest potential.
Manage Relationships with Third-Party Recruitment Partners:
Build and nurture relationships with external recruitment agencies and staffing firms to drive performance.
Own Onboarding Experience:
Oversee the pre-boarding and Day 1 onboarding experience for new hires.
Drive Proactive Talent Sourcing & Mapping:
Collaborate with HR Business Partners and the Talent & Performance team to identify key critical roles.
Help build a strong succession plan through direct sourcing and pipeline development.
Participate in Key Talent Initiatives:
Contribute to employer branding efforts and support other talent and culture initiatives.
Own and drive specific projects like ATS adoption or other process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
You will need to:
Possess at minimum a Bachelor's degree.
Have total relevant experience of 3-5 years in Talent Acquisition.
Have strong business partnering skills with experience in working with multiple stakeholders.
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
