Duties and Responsibilities:The Assistant Talent Manager will play a key role in managing functions assisting in People and Talent Management.
This position requires a proactive, highly organized professional, strong communication skills who can manage data accurately and prioritize tasks effectively.
Oversee and manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring timely fulfillment of hiring needs.
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract suitable talent while aligning with organizational goals.
Administer payroll processes with accuracy and benefits administration aligned with company policies and Employment Act regulations.
Utilize advanced Microsoft functions & data-driven insights to support workforce and talent management.
Address employee grievances professionally and sensitively, fostering a supportive and productive workplace culture.
Support managers in conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary matters.
Manage HR operations efficiently, prioritizing tasks with discipline and urgency.
Academic Qualification(s):Candidates must possess at least:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Assistant Manager in HR, with proven expertise in people & talent management.
Professional HR certifications will be an added advantage.
Work Experience / Skills Requirement(s):Proficiency in MS Office in data analysis.
Experience with HR systems (HRIS), tech-savvy with the ability to quickly adapt to new HR software and platforms.
Understanding of payroll systems, Employment Act and statutory compliance.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and result-driven with strong time management skills.
Critical thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage, motivate, and collaborate with teams.
