Assistant To Logistics Manager (Mandarin Speaker)

Assistant to Logistics Manager (Mandarin Speaker)We are looking for an Assistant to the Logistics Manager who is proficient in Mandarin to communicate with stakeholders in China.
Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Assist and follow the Area Manager in monitoring Service Points across the designated area.
Analyze operational information and data.
Translate important documents and facilitate meetings.
Prepare reports as needed.
Liaise and coordinate with external parties.
Address issues requiring cross-departmental communication.
Perform other tasks and projects as assigned by the Area Manager.
Minimum Requirements:
Diploma or degree holders are welcome to apply; fresh graduates are encouraged.
Minimum of 1 year working experience as an assistant in a related industry is preferred.
Must possess a driving license as travel for work may be required.
Familiarity with MS Office and data analysis is essential.
Willingness to work 6 days a week.
