We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized Assistant to the Managing Director to join our growing Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company as employee number 1. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and thrives in taking on a variety of business-related responsibilities. As one of the first hires, you will play a crucial role in the company's growth and have direct access to leadership, influencing how the business evolves.
You will assist in the daily operations, including administrative tasks, scheduling, project coordination, and supporting client relationships. Occasional travel is required, as you will accompany the Managing Director during business trips to ensure smooth operations. There is also an optional opportunity to assist with family logistics during travel, but only if you are comfortable with children.
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage daily administrative tasks and scheduling for the Managing Director.
-Coordinate meetings, business trips, and ensure smooth travel logistics.
-Support client interactions, project management, and HR-related tasks.
-Assist with personal errands and business-related tasks as required.
-Be a key player in the company's early growth phase and contribute directly to its success.
