Assistant Training, Manager

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Work together with QA/ QC department to developing outlets' education materials, such as digital presentations, how-to manuals, and instructional videos.Preparing procedures and policies regarding customer service techniques and appropriate service conduct.Scheduling and conducting training sessions on various topics to prepare and support new employees.Training experienced employees on new or updated outlet procedures to improve their service performance.Observing the daily operations of outlet employees and identifying any areas of improvement.Liaising with Operations Support team, Restaurant Managers/ Assistant Managers to conduct on-the-job coaching to Service Crew.Measuring the effectiveness of training sessions and preparing individual or team progress reports.Developing and managing the training plan and budget.Ensuring employees keep up their productivity and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.JOB REQUIREMENTS: A bachelor's degree in human resources, or a related field.At least 5 years' experience working as an internal trainer in hospitability industry.Familiarity with learning management systems, such as Google Classroom.Additional certification in business leadership, eLearning software, or HRD Certified Trainer is preferred.Excellent knowledge of customer service best practices.Strong teaching abilities and mentoring skills.Good communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.Ability to provide leadership to personnel in a fast-paced and stressful work environment.
