Responsibilities:Adhere to regulations of Labuan Financial Services Authority (LFSA)
Handle all applications and communication to/with LFSA
Maintain communication with all stakeholders in order to keep all parties informed of regulatory changes
Create and implement organisational policies, standards, and procedures to comply with applicable regulations
Organize regular training sessions for employees in order to efficiently communicate key regulatory changes and updates
Ensure submissions of regulatory reports to LFSA are completed in a timely manner
Co-ordinate, manage, and oversee the external services arrangements of the Branch with outsourced service providers
Involve in soliciting for business, maintain good rapport with customers, prospects, and business partners
Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by Head of Division
Job Requirements:Minimum diploma/degree holder with related working experience
Knowledge of Labuan's legislations and regulations
PC literate and well-versed in MS Office
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Self-starter, independent, meticulous, have integrity and initiative
Good working attitude with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Responsible, committed, team player, self-motivated, and keen to learn
