Job Responsibilities:
Ensure company is running with smooth and efficient service that meets the expectations and need of customer, principal and inter department.Assist in the development, implement and managing strategic plans for operational activities.Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission; specifically in support management reporting, information flow, business process and organizational planning.Apply for all related new or renewal licenses.Registration of all new importation items and renewal of annual import license.Manage and coordinate all in-coming products tasting samples and POSM.Daily customer service support in invoice price checking.Daily purchasing support for the ordering, pricing and promotion activities.Improve efficiency of logistic operations through better utilization of resources.Plan, organize and manage stock movements in store effectively and efficiently. Liaise with shipping agent, custom officers and other government departments on business related licenses application and renewal process.Enforce, ensure, implement, follow and abide by all the company's policies and procedures.Proper planning, monitoring, controlling and execution of daily operation (warehousing and distributing) activities to achieve high level of efficiency as well as meeting the required lead-time.Ensure all transactions are processed and updated accurately and timely.Monitor, administer and manage company's requirements on shipping, land transportation, tax exemption submission, custom submission and etc. Proper filing of documents and records to prevent unnecessary losses to the business.
Effective warehouse space planning and utilization.Ensure store inventory and records are updated on daily basis.Submit all staff attendance, outstation claims and logistic related claims.Check and ensure goods receiving/delivery in correct quantity and good condition.Conduct regular internal audits to ensure that documented processes are followed strictly.Implement continuous improvement initiative and facilitate problem-solving within the warehouse.Lead stock takes process and implement proper stock count procedures.Perform regular internal stock audit/checking and report any discrepancies for management action.Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Warehouse & logistic. At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Preferably Managers specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.Team development skills to enhance team development.Able to organize and prioritize owns work, and coordinates the work of others effectively.Team development skills to enhance team development.
