Description Primary Objective: As Associate Specialist in Brand Communications, you'll serve as the operational cornerstone of our brand management team, working closely with the rest of the team to ensure seamless execution of our brand strategy.
This role combines operational excellence with strategic brand management, requiring both analytical thinking and practical implementation skills.
This candidate will primarily manage logistical vendors & fulfilment of marketing and corporate branding materials for the RHB Banking Group and managing group orders for corporate collateral to ensure accuracy and speed of delivery to stakeholders.
The candidate will also be involved in strategic brand management and supports the team in matters of maintaining the institution's brand strategy, guidelines and brand compliance.Key Responsibilities: Core ResponsibilitiesOperational Excellence Oversee the end-to-end order and fulfillment process of brand collaterals to ensure accurate and smooth delivery within the stipulated timelines Manage inventory and act as the custodian of branded collateral for the brand communications team Coordinate with external production and logistics vendors on billings and payment matters Ensure clear and accurate reporting of projects that comply with the organization's compliance standards Strategic Brand Management Supporting the team in developing annual brand strategy, implementation roadmaps and tactical execution Support budget planning and track brand-related expenditures Verify vendor compliance with brand standards Branch Network Management Assist and execute the branch merchandising logistics and fulfilment, supporting the business and other functional groups Engage in periodic branch visits to verify compliance of marketing & branding materials Creative Support Support the team's creative development process in visual creation and ideation Proficiency with the Adobe creative suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, XD) and generative AI is an added advantage, but not required Requirements Requirements: Bachelor Degree - Diploma / Degree / Post-graduate degree in Advertising / Communications / Marketing or relevant fields.
Minimum of 3 years of marketing and / or banking experience in segment and / or product marketing.Leadership experience in managing a marketing initiatives in a timely manner with hands-on collaborative style of working.Experienced in assisting in the development of strategies, developing and managing for implementation of marketing strategies that have consistently met or exceed planned objectives.Strong operational, project management and public speaking skills.
