ResponsibilitiesYou will implement BU Global & Regional Strategy in the territory and key accounts assigned.
You create and manage opportunities in Aerospace/MRO segment within Singapore & Malaysia.
You manage customer relationships and expansion in market share.
You are responsible for updating, training & educating customers & distributors.
You find new opportunities and build CRM (ACE Project pipeline), follow-up and close projects in a timely manner.
You meet annual Key Performance targets.
You build sales demand forecast based on distributor/customer needs and own the numbers.
You will also actively follow up and provide feedback on leads generated by marketing.
You coordinate and escalate challenges/opportunities to Technical / Product Development / Business Development / Purchasing / Customer Service / Supply Chain teams to support customer & Henkel needs.
What makes you a good fitBachelor's Degree in Engineering / Business or equivalent.
Min.
2 years of sales experience, with experience in Chemicals and/or Aviation sector preferred.
Well versed in Microsoft Office and other business digital platforms.
Good presentation and communication skills.
Ambitious and self-starter.
Willingness to challenge the status quo.
