Associate Business Transformation Consultant (Finance Transformation)

ResponsibilitiesProcess Analysis:Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
Process Documentation:Create detailed process flow diagrams and documentation to capture current and proposed processes.
Gap Analysis:Identify gaps between the current state and desired future state of business processes.
Solution Design:Contribute to the design and implementation of process improvements and optimizations.
Testing:Assist in the testing of process changes to ensure they meet requirements and deliver expected benefits.
