Support the development and execution of end-to-end campaign strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
Create robust campaign plans, aligning with the defined KPIs and target audiences, and managing budgets to drive measurable impact.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize future strategies and ensure continuous improvement.
Omni-Channel Customer ExperienceDesign and optimize a seamless omni-channel experience that connects campaign messaging with in-app sales-conversion journeys.
Collaborate closely with product, UX, and tech teams to ensure campaign alignment with in-app features, functionality, and promotions.
Use customer insights and feedback to refine campaign approaches for improved relevance and engagement.
Design and implement comprehensive campaign sponsorship strategies that create a win-win-win framework for the platform, users, and partners/merchants.
Strategically integrate sponsorship elements into campaigns, such as exclusive deals, co-branded content, or targeted promotions, to maximize value for users and partners.
Media Package OptimizationDevelop and refine media solutions/packages that cater to partners' objectives, ensuring clarity in deliverables, value propositions, and ROI metrics.
Conduct regular performance analyses of sponsored content and placements to identify improvement opportunities and ensure package effectiveness.
Support commercial teams with sponsorship pitch deck and performance analysis to enhance overall partnership performance during campaigns.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Partner EngagementWork collaboratively to engage and secure sponsorships from partners, ensuring their participation aligns with campaign objectives and enhances brand visibility.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, facilitating open communication and feedback loops for successful campaign execution.
Stakeholder Communication and ReportingCommunicate campaign goals, progress, and results effectively to all stakeholders, using data-driven storytelling to highlight impact and opportunities.
Prepare comprehensive reports on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve future campaigns.
Requirements:At least 4 years of relevant working experience.
Experience in Travel or Technology Industry is a plus.
Minimum bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Deep understanding of omni-channel marketing, customer experience, and how to integrate digital and in-app strategies.
Proficient in data analysis and campaign performance metrics to make informed decisions and optimize results.
Skilled in engaging cross-functional teams and building strong relationships with partners and stakeholders.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
Self-driven, able to juggle multiple projects with clear prioritization.
Able to perform under pressure and maneuver within business ambiguities.
