Job Responsibility
Role Objective
Close sales deals face-to-face or digitally while maintaining strong customer relationships.
Match product and service value propositions to customer needs.
Convince and advise customers on total solutions, including cash, credit, and Extended Warranty offerings.
Summary Of Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through tele-calling, online methods, and field visits.
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products within the Courts environment.
Present products and services to customers.
Handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of calls and sales activities.
Demonstrate proven experience in sales with a successful track record of meeting targets, particularly in digital sales.
Possess strong persuasion skills and the ability to resolve customer issues effectively.
Learn, explain, and accurately describe products and services, including sales attachments and related services.
Provide detailed information on products, warranties, care, maintenance, and cash/credit facilities.
Stay updated on pricing changes to provide accurate information to customers.
Adhere to company regulations and policies.
Job Requirements
Language skills: Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
High school certificate (minimum SPM).
Familiarity with digital platforms for online sales.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sales Executive.
Basic understanding of customer service, sales principles, and retail experience.
Strong product knowledge, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Possess a valid driving license and a vehicle for commuting.
Skills in Communication Skills, Sales Techniques, Product Knowledge, Problem-solving Skills, Time Management.
Working days: 6 days per week.
