Job Description:
Zaid Ibrahim & Co is seeking two (2) associates to manage and oversee all debt capital market matters, including complex financing transactions and related legal documentation.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Candidates must have 1-2 years' PQE with experience in financing and/or corporate matters.
A keen interest in learning and working on large fundraising transactions by way of bonds, sukuk, syndicated loans, and other structured finance instruments.
Excellent command of English.
