Handling and assisting with Applications, Hearings, Trials and Execution Proceedings.
Drafting and preparing cause papers, written submissions and attending to directions from Courts.
Attending to Clients.
Conducting meetings with Clients, Legal Executives and Witnesses independently.
Conducting legal research.
Guidance and training will be provided.
Handling conveyancing cases vis-a-vis preparation of SPA, MOT, Loan Documentations, Meeting Clients, Bankers and etc.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
LL.B (Hons), Second Class and above.
Able to work independently and with minimum supervision.
Proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Good legal research and drafting skills.
Meticulous, diligent and willing to learn.
