Handle a high volume of immigration casework across multiple client accounts - working frictionlessly within small teams of consulting and administrative immigration professionals
Liaise with operational stakeholders so as to understand their perspectives, assess their needs, manage their expectations and build strong professional relationships with them
Craft and deliver effective, compliant, commercially viable immigration advice and solutions with a personalized touch
Maximize simplicity and user-friendliness in approach without sacrificing on substance - valuing empathy and directness with our clients and one another
Keep abreast of and help clients to comply with regulatory and policy requirements and developments pertaining to immigration and other relevant domains
Balance agility with being intentional to take bold, transformative action-taking into account the broader political, legal, commercial and socio-economic landscape
Cultivate a culture of collaboration and belonging, where everyone can thrive
Drive proactive action across all areas of responsibility

Bachelor's Degree in Law, Legal Management or equivalent, any business related course 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably as an immigration consultant but other immigration and consulting experience will be considered as well; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Good teamwork, interpersonal, communication, critical thinking, problem solving and time management skills
Able to demonstrate resilience, self-motivation and a positive can-do attitude
Hard working and committed to completing tasks well with good attention to detail
Demonstrate strong client service skills and good business acumen
Good written and spoken English Ability to work effectively and adapt quickly in a fast-paced changing environment
