Senior Barista / Head Barista (See Cafe) | Mont Kiara

Job Description



-Ensure a pleasant customer experience.


-Set and maintain standards for all product preparations according to company requirements.


-Train and lead the team to effectively communicate product uniqueness to customers.


-Oversee outlet cash handling procedures.


-Set and enforce practices for relevant health and safety standards, as well as equipment usage and maintenance.


-Maintain cleanliness standards for the outlet.


-Manage outlet inventory and stock.


-Ensure smooth daily operations of the outlet.


-Conduct training and provide guidance to subordinates.


-Assist in creating seasonal beverages.


-Oversee the overall performance of the outlet.

; Requirements:-  Requirements



-Able to communicate in simple English.


-6 working days per week (shift rotation).


-Salary based on experience.


-Overtime (OT) and shift work required.


-Ability to work proactively and independently.


-Strong communication skills.


-School leavers and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.


-Malaysian citizens only.


-Professional barista training will be provided.

Training and Statutory will be provided (EPF, SOCSO).
Overtime pay (when required to OT). 
Salary Range : RM2,800.00 - RM 4,000.00
