What you'll do:
Leading and assisting in day-to-day finance operation leading to the month-end closing of different regions and entities;
Leading and assist in the preparation of annual financial statements for lead the local audits process;
Leading and assisting day-to-day tax related issues such as the collection of invoices, issuance of invoices as well as periodical tax filing;
Control day to day payment operations and activities;
Being the contact point for auditors, tax consultants, local banks and other external parties;
Other ad hoc projects as assigned.
What you'll need:
Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business and/or a certified public accountant;
6-8 years experience, with Big 4 working experience, Regional experience is an advantage;
In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes;
Proven leadership and supervisory skills, able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment;
Experience in Netsuite is a plus;
Excellent written and verbal skills and fluency in English and Chinese;
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications;
A start-up attitude – highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your sleeves attitude that's not afraid to work independently when required.#J-18808-Ljbffr
