Associate Program Manager

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, finance, marketing, and operations, to ensure project objectives are achieved. Monitor project progress, identifying and addressing potential risks or issues to keep projects on track. Prepare project reports, presentations, and documentation for management review and stakeholder updates. Develop and manage project budgets, resources, and timelines effectively. Communicate regularly with stakeholders, providing project updates and gathering feedback. Continuously assess project performance and suggest process improvements. Ensure compliance with industry standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements. Provide mentorship and support to junior team members as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Engineering, Computer Science) or equivalent experience. 3-5 years of experience in project management or a related field. Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering projects within scope, budget, and timeline. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello). Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
