We are looking for a passionate candidate who shows a strong interest in career progress in Project Management to join our NetData Event Processing team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and attention to detail with a strong focus on planning, managing, and coordinating project tasks across teams as well as ensuring delivery within budget, timeline, and quality.
As an Associate Project Analyst, you will be involved in project planning, coordinating, and supporting all project deliverables to ensure progress and timely delivery.

Your role will be one of our key players in contributing to the success of our products/projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Strong passion for Project Management with awareness of basic Waterfall, SCRUM, and AGILE methodologies and a growth mindset (willing to learn new things).
Possess an inquisitive and analytical mind regarding project work tasks.
Ability to plan and coordinate project tasks with team members.
Ability to provide feedback proactively and support in solving project issues with team members and project stakeholders.

Contribute to audit compliance within project deliverables.
Participate in second/third level day-to-day PROD operation support within our team products/applications and help plan/manage PROD issue prioritization with business stakeholders.

Here's what we are looking for:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technologies, or equivalent.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experienceas a project manager/engineer, with at least a year of experience in project management.
Demonstrable knowledge of software development life cycle processes and project involvement/project management experience.
Experience inWaterfallsoftware development project methodologies.SCRUM / AGILEexperience is preferred.
Experience in managing or coordinating software development project activities.
Experience with Project Management tools such asJIRA, RTC , andExcel or M.Projectis preferred.
Detail-orientedpersonality with the ability to develop and communicate with business and product stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills backed by conceptual and analytical thinking, and a systematic approach.
Team player with good communication skillsand a collaborative mindset.

Hi, my name is Yew Keong and I'm the Team Manager.
I started my career at DHL IT Services back in 2017, when I took over a role as Project Manager in the Reference Data team.
Gaining hands-on experience in project management has always fascinated me, and I moved to the Labelling and Capability team as Senior Project Manager.
From there, I moved quickly through the company ladder and soon landed a management role.
In Mar-2024, I transitioned to a management role as Team Manager of Event Processing.
Together with the strong support of a multinational and diverse team, we are working toward our common ambition – delivering innovative and scalable software solutions that drive business growth and enhance customer experiences.
