Associate, Research & Learning Solutions

Key Responsibilities:- Work within the team in the development of innovative and comprehensive learning journeys for RSOG's homegrown and open programmes- Accountable for the end-to-end process of programme development for RSOG's programmes - from design to planning to pilot - ensuring projects are completed within established timelines and adhere to budget constraints, SOPs and procedures;- Provide support in the planning & delivery of RSOG's In-Conversation Series & open programmes;- Coordinate and/or lead specific projects and ensure that it is delivered within the set timeline;- Facilitate content development activities including but not limited to meetings, engagement and discussion sessions (local and international);- Provide timely status reporting (internal & external) using concise, effective and polished reporting documentation.**Qualification & Experience**:- Minimum 2 years of working experience in leadership development, education or other related fields;- Familiar with and possess relevant experience using ADDIE model in the design and development of training programme (will be an extra added advantage)- Prior experience in social-related research and development;- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia with ability to communicate professionally, clearly and effectively - both spoken and written;- Strong analytical thinking and report writing skills;- Sound understanding of the public sector is an added advantage.**Job Type**: ContractContract length: 12-24 monthsPay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Dental insurance- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Parental leaveSchedule:- Monday to Friday**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)Application Deadline: 05/18/2024
