Responsibilities:Assist in the day-to-day administration of various insolvency engagements such as liquidations and receiverships.
Attend to statutory and compliance procedures for insolvency engagements.
Assist seniors/managers in investigative work for assets recovery.
Liaise with stakeholders, creditors, lawyers, and other advisors.
Draft reports, correspondences, and other deliverables to clients and other parties such as financial institutions and authorities.
Job Requirements:Possess a Degree in Finance, Commerce, Accounting or equivalent professional qualification in Accounting.
Possess strong analytical and quantitative skills with a strong grasp of economic indicators.
Fresh graduates and those with less than 1 year of relevant working experience are encouraged to apply.
A dedicated, resourceful, analytical, and results-oriented team player.
Able to work well independently and under pressure with attention to detail and enjoy solving problems.
Able to interpret and analyse financial statements.
Computer literate, well-versed with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other day-to-day office applications.
Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
