The Role
Job Description
Incorporation or registration of new companies and other entities
Drafting of Director / Members' resolution
Drafting of Annual General Meeting (AGM) / Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) documents
Maintenance of registers and corporate secretarial documents
Lodging annual returns and other matters with ACRA and any other government agencies, as required
Client due diligence (CDD) procedures and documentation
Advising clients on various corporate governance and corporate secretarial matters
Other ad-hoc duties as required
Ad-hoc tasks assigned by department head
Ideal Profile
Job Requirements
Pursuing Bachelor's Degree in corporate secretary is preferred
Meticulous and detail-oriented
Possesses excellent communication skills, both written and oral
Minimum 2 years of experience in Corporate Secretary
