Associate is responsible for daily screening, investor transactions and AML/KYC on the investor.
Reporting to the Supervisor or equivalent, you will be responsible for: -Adhere to the relevant AML/KYC standards applied by Ascent on behalf of their clients while all regulatory, compliance, risk management and due diligence controls of Ascent are respected.
-Assist relationship manager with investor's onboarding process by performing KYC and AML checks.
-After reception of investor AML/KYC documentation and ensure that documentation is verified in a timely manner, follow up with supervisor on missing or original investor documentation.
-Daily screening of investor transaction and AML hits on investor.
-Periodic check of investor risk assessment and documentations.
-Preparing case report for PEP/ high risk individual and submit to compliance or equivalent.
-Monitoring and checking investor's document are in order via Ascent KYC platform.
-Diligently verify account openings and / or account maintenance changes in line with the applicable procedures and in a timely manner -Screening and verification of investor names against sanction / black lists.
-Assist in Internal / external KPI reporting.
-Transaction monitoring and reporting.
-Assist internal / external audit as required.
-Perform function in line with the department procedure and Ascent policies in respect of the regulatory framework, the internal procedures, guidelines, and code of conduct.
