Job Purpose To ensure all processes for the Treasury Operations functions are in compliance with BNM's guidelines, and Company's Treasury Operations Manual.
Job Responsibilities: Execution / Daily Processing Operate Treasury Processing system i.e Guava Operate Treasury Payment System i.e RENTAS, SWIFT Inputter in K2 system Prepare and monitor the funding blotter (SPI, Conventional & Forex) Confirm with clients all deals contracted with Treasury Department Prepare confirmation letter and send to clients Reconciliation manual funding blotter against bank accounts and Treasury Processing system by designated cut-off times Assist to prepare and complete any ad-hoc reporting Job Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Business Admin / Finance or any other relevant fieldMin 1 year of relevant experience in Operations & PaymentDemonstrate ability to be independent, self-starter, meticulous and pro-activeKnowledge in double entry / accounting, banking / Investment industries, rules of Bursa Malaysia, SC and Anti Money Laundering laws.Ability to communicate with all levels, orally and in writing.Ability to co-operate with others, adapt to change in work conditions and work as an effective team member
