Description
Process daily Unit Trust orders within SLA timeline. Enter daily UT orders and registering new corporate client accounts into the system. Monitor completeness of KWSP applications and follow up with IUTAs. Monitor PRS daily bookings and handle exceptions with PRS distributors. Batch KWSP applications for data enrichment, send forms to scanning provider. Submit various reports to IUTA: daily confirmation, unit holding, KWSP disbursement. Manage post-dividend declaration process, including tax vouchers and reinvestment statements. Verify signatures for IUTA booking reports and redemption requests. Prepare Service Requests and manual booking forms. Check status of Trust Nomination applications with Trustee. Assist in preparing daily and monthly reports. Maintain documentation for future reference. Collaborate with cross functional departments and external parties as needed. Profile
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/ Finance/ Business or Economics 1 year of working experience in operations field is preferred, but fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply Independent and detailed in system processing.
